Nurses will gain more education. As the population ages, there will be more demand for nursing specialties. For nurses to gain more specialties they will need more education. Nurses will reap benefits of nurse compact license. More states were added to the eNLC in 2018. This is good news for nurses! It makes it easier than ever to use your home state’s nursing license to get a promising job across state lines.
