How do you best inspire your team?
I wouldn’t go so far to say that I inspire, but I like to think that leading by example always helps. I never ask anything from my team that I haven’t or wouldn’t ask from myself.
I do understand that people are different, and everyone is motivated in their own way. It’s always important to remind my team that how well we do our job could directly affect the individuals we place (and their families) both financially and professionally!
How did you become a manager and what helped create that experience?
I gained my knowledge of this industry by first working as a Recruiter/Staffer, and then transitioned to manage Nursing Services on Per Diem and Travel capacity. A few years back, I was presented the opportunity to open up an Allied Staffing Department. Fortunately with the relationships that I established in Nursing, I was able to hit the ground running in the Allied Health world!
What do you feel sets KPG Healthcare apart from other companies?
When it comes to setting us apart from other companies, KPG’s unique in its simplicity, by essentially focusing on doing the right thing. We have created an incredible office culture that allows our employees to come in everyday with a sense of purpose, and an environment that motivates success!
