What’s your favorite thing about being a healthcare recruiter?
The opportunity to make long term matches to not only benefit the physician and the client, but ultimately the patients of that facility.
What differentiates KPG?
The focus on building long lasting relationships with both clients and providers. Along with having an amazing team!
Tell us your favorite memory from being a part of the KPG team?
Our team function recently! It was so awesome seeing how many team members we now have and reflecting on how much growth and success we have had over the past 3 years- and we are just getting started!
Tell us about a Provider that made a difference in your life:
Too many to think of just one! We’ve built amazing relationships with several of our providers and they have shared personal aspects of their lives with us. Seeing pictures of new additions/new moves, etc. that they have shared with us always stands out and knowing that they have a great work-life balance and that we were able to assist with that always feels good!
What, in your opinion, can an applicant do to stand out?
Details details details! The more we know about you, your career goals and your obligations outside of work, the better we can be at sourcing the right opportunities that will fit long term.
